The Trust is pleased to confirm that the football club has settled its outstanding tax bill with HM Revenue & Customs.
Wanderers were represented in the High Court today (Monday) where the winding up petition that they faced was dismissed.
Joint-chairman of WWFC Don Woodward said:
“The High Court hearing was a formality and we would like to thank HMRC for their cooperation.
A lot of work has gone on behind the scenes to ensure the club can progress and we are confident that plans are in place to make this happen.”
