The Football Club has now filed at Companies House, the audited accounts of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club Limited for the year ended 30th June 2012.
That date is of course the day after the Wycombe Wanderers Trust took over ownership of the company and whilst reference is made to this fact and related transactions that took place, the financial figures represent the trading period prior to the Trust taking control.
