Please find attached AGM 261115 TSMB – the slides that were used at the Wycombe Wanderers Trust Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 26th November.
However they are just slides and should be taken as such, as they were intended as an accompaniment to the information already released and the verbal reports given by Trust Chairman Trevor Stroud and WWFC Director Mark Burrell.
We are committed to being open with the accounts of all three companies. If you have any questions when you have read them, or would like anything explained, Trust and Club director Mark Burrell and Group Treasurer Martyn Broughton will be in Scores/Monty’s from 6.30pm to 8.30pm on Wednesday 9 December (this is later than the date mentioned at the AGM following feedback on the short notice). There won’t be a presentation – this is just an opportunity for you to drop-in between those times and talk to Mark and Martyn.
Alternatively Mark Burrell is one of those manning the Trust table before the rearranged game with Notts County on Tuesday 15th November.
At this stage, the full and audited accounts for the Football Club do not yet need to be filed at Companies House, so they will not be made public until that time.
